Hubungan Etos Kerja Personil Dan Manajemen Waktu Dengan Burnout Pekerjaan Di Biro Operasi Polda Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara etos kerja personil dan manajemen waktu dengan kelelahan kerja di Biro Operasi Polda Sumut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif jenis korelatif dengan pola penelitian korelatif dengan menempatkan variabel penelitian dalam dua kelompok yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian adalah Biro Operasi Polda Sumut. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang dipilih sebanyak 40 orang dari total populasi 124 orang, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala etos kerja personil, manajemen waktu dan kelelahan kerja. Analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara etos kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada personil Biro Operasi Polda Sumut, yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien rx1y = 0,362 dan p <0,01; (2) Terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara manajemen waktu dengan kelelahan kerja pada Biro Operasi Polda Sumut yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien rx2y = 0,735 dan p <0,01; Untuk kedua hipotesis di atas digunakan teknik analisis product moment; (3) signifikan antara Etos kerja dan manajemen waktu dengan kelelahan kerja pada Biro Operasi Polda Sumut yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien F = 22,418 dan R (koefisien regresi) = 0,740 sedangkan R2 = 0,548 dengan 0,000 (p <0,01) dengan Std. Error dari Estimasi adalah 9.28668. Tingkat akurasinya adalah 100% - 9.28668 = 90.6%. Hipotesis ketiga dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. The research data analysis shows that (1) there is a significant negative relationship between work ethic and work fatigue in the personnel of the Biro Ops Polda Sumatera Utara, as indicated by the coefficient of rx1y = 0.362 and p <0.01; (2) There is a significant negative relationship between time management and work fatigue at the Biro Ops Polda Sumatera Utara as indicated by the coefficient of rx2y = 0.735 and p <0.01; For the two hypotheses above, the product moment analysis technique is used; (3) significant between work ethic and time management with work fatigue at the Biro Ops Polda Sumatera Utara as indicated by the coefficient F = 22,418 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.740while R2 = 0.548 with 0.000 (p <0.01) with Std. The error of the estimate is 9.28668. The accuracy rate is 100% - 9,28668 = 90.6%. The third hypothesis in this study uses multiple regression analysis.
