dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi dan forgiveness dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa SMA Singosari Deli Tua. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik penentuan sampel yaitu teknik random sampling yaitu systematic random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas XI dan XII SMA Singosari Deli Tua yang berjumlah 190 siswa dan sampel ditentukan dengan tabel jumlah sampel krejcie dan morgan berdasarkan 190 populasi dengan taraf kepercayaan 90% yaitu sebanyak 127 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dan forgiveness dengan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi, diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien (Rxy) = 0.820 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, artinya ada hubungan positif kecerdasan emosi dan forgiveness dengan kesejahteraan psikologis, semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi dan semakin positif forgiveness maka semakin tinggi pula kesejahteraan psikologis siswa kelas XI dan XII SMA Singosari Deli Tua, adapun kontribusi kecerdasan emosi dan forgiveness terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis adalah sebesar 67.3 %. The study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and forgiveness with psychological well-being in Singosari Deli Tua high school students. The approach in this study using quantitative methods with the sampling technique, namely random sampling technique, namely systematic random sampling. The population in this study were all students of class XI and XII high school students in Singosari Deli Tua, totaling 190 students and the sample was determined by a table of the number of krejcie and morgan samples based on 190 populations with a 90% confidence level, namely 127 samples. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and forgiveness with psychological well-being by using the regression analysis method, it was known that the coefficient value (Rxy) = 0.820 with p = 0.000 <0.050, meaning that there was a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and forgiveness with welfare. Psychologically, the higher the emotional intelligence and the more positive the forgiveness , the higher the psychological well-being of class XI and XII high school students in Singosari Deli Tua, while the contribution of emotional intelligence and forgiveness to psychological well-being was 67.3%.en_US
