Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan penghargaan personil, loyalitas personil dengan burnout pekerjaan pada Direktorat Reserce Kriminal khusus Polda Sumatera Utara. MMetode penelitian adalah kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelatif dengan pola kajian korelatif dengan menempatkan variabel penelitian dalam dua kelompok yaitu variabel bebas dan variable terikat. Polupasi penelitian ini adalah Direktorat Reserce Kriminal khusus Polda Sumatera Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel terpilih sebanyak 40 orang, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala penghargaan personil dan loyalitas personil, burnout pekerjaan. Analisis data penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan penghargaan personil dengan burnout pekerjaan Direktorat Reserce Kriminal khusus Polda Sumatera Utara, yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien koefisien rxly =0,982 dan p <0,01. Ada Hubungan positif yang signifikan loyalitas personil dengan burnout pekerjaan pada direktorat reserce criminal khusus polda sumatera utara yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien rx2y =0,983 dan p<0,01. Untuk kedua hipotesis di atas digunakan Teknik analisis product moment. Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan penghargaan personil, loyalitas personil dengan burnout pekerjaan pada personil direktorat reserce criminal khusus polda sumatera utara yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien f=595,316 dan r ( koefisien regresi ) = 0,985 sedangkan r2 = 0,970 dengan 0,000 (p<0,01 ). Selanjutnya Standard error of estimate (SEE) sebesar 2,10599 angka akurasinya adalah 100% - 2,10599 = 97,894%. Hipotesis ketiga dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between personnel rewards, personnel loyalty and job burnout at the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the North Sumatra Police. The research method is a quantitative descriptive correlative type with a correlative study pattern by placing the research variables in two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population of this research is the Directorate of Criminal Investigation, specifically the North Sumatra Police. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling technique with the number of selected samples as many as 40 people, the data collection method uses a personnel award scale and personnel loyalty, job burnout. Analysis of research data shows that there is a significant positive relationship between personnel rewards and job burnout of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of the North Sumatra Police, which is indicated by the coefficient rxly = 0.982 and p < 0.01. There is a significant positive relationship between personnel loyalty and job burnout at the special criminal investigation directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police as indicated by the coefficient rx2y = 0.983 and p < 0.01. For the two hypotheses above, the product moment analysis technique is used. There is a significant positive relationship between personnel rewards, personnel loyalty and job burnout at the special criminal research directorate of North Sumatra Regional Police as indicated by the coefficient f=595.316 and r (regression coefficient) = 0.985 while r2 = 0.970 with 0.000 (p<0.01) . Furthermore, the Standard error of estimate (SEE) of 2.10599, the accuracy rate is 100% - 2.10599 = 97.894%. The third hypothesis in this study is to use multiple regression analysis.
