Abstract: Skripsi dengan judul “ Analis gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa di kantor desa sampali tahun 2020” (studi Kasus kantor desa sampali kecamatan percut sei tuan deli Serdang Sumatra utara) ini di tulis oleh Dosma Saida Novi Yanti Sijabat, NPM 178510030. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa sampali dan kendala apa yang dihjadapi oleh kepala desa selama kepemimpinannya di kantor desa sampali tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Adapun informan penelitian ini yaitu: para pegawai yang bekerja dikantor Desa Sampali Bapak Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Kaur Umum, Kasi Pemerintahan, Kasi pembangunan dan informan selanjutnya adalah ketua pkk, dan masyarakat . Data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawanacara antara para pegawai dan masyarakat yang hampir dilakukan selama sebulan dilapangan kemudian data di analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil 1) Kepala Desa Sampali Selaku Pimpinan di Kantor Desa Sampali cenderung menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, Dikarenakan Wewenang pimpinan tidak mutlak yaitu keputusan Kepala Desa bisa dipengaruhi oleh masukan dari bawahan, bukan sebagai bentuk interferensi, dalam hal ini lebih ditekankan dari asas musyawarah, Kepala Desa melimpahkan sebagian wewenang kepada bawahan Tidak semua keputusan bergantung pada pimpinan semata. 2) Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kepala Desa Sampali adalah masalah tentang kriminalitas yaitu angka kemalingan yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, dan bagaimana menggerakkan bawahannya agar mau dan bersedia menyerahkan kemampuan terbaiknya untuk kepentingan organisasi. This thesis with the title "Analyst of village head leadership style at the village office until 2020" (Case study of the village office in Percut Subdistrict, Serdang Deli Serdang, North Sumatra) was written by Dosma saida Novi Yanti Sijabat, NPM 178510030. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style of the Sampali village head and what obstacles the village head faced during his leadership at the Sampali village office. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. The informants of this research are: employees who work in the Sampali Village office, the Village Head, the Village Secretary, the General Head, the Head of Government, the Head of Development and the next informant is the chairman of the pkk, and the community. The data obtained from the results of interviews between the employees and the community which were almost conducted for a month in the field, then the data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Based on the research carried out, the results obtained 1) The Sampali Village Head as the Leader in the Sampali Village Office tends to use a democratic leadership style, because the authority of the leadership is not absolute, namely the decision of the Village Head can be influenced by input from subordinates, not as a form of interference, in this case it is emphasized more the principle of deliberation, the Village Head delegates some authority to subordinates. Not all decisions depend solely on the leadership. 2) The obstacles faced by the Head of Sampali Village are the problem of crime, namely the rate of theft which continues to increase every year, and how to move his subordinates to be willing and willing to give up their best ability for the benefit of the organization.
