Prosedur Pelayanan Pembuatan Surat Pengantar Akta Kelahiran Di Kantor Desa Tandukan Raga Kecamatan Stm Hilir Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Prosedur merupakan suatu tahapan yang dilakukan oleh organisasi untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat jasa, barang atau administratif sebagai bagian dari keperluan masyarakat. Surat pengantar akta kelahiran merupakan salah satu pelayanan administrasi yang berada di kantor desa tandukan raga. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana prosedur pelayanan pembuatan surat pengantar akta kelahiran dan apakah yang menjadi penghambat dalam memberikan pelayanan pembuatan surat pengantar akta kelahiran di kantor desa tandukan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yang memberikan gambaran secara jelas tentang permasalahan yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada informan yang mengetahui informasi tentang prosedur pelayanan pembuatan surat pengantar akta kelahiran, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk mendukung hasil wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses prosedur pelayanan pembuatan surat pengantar akta kelahiran masih belum terlaksana dengan baik karena masyarakat masih banyak yang belum mengetahui persyaratan yang diperlukan. Hambatan dalam memberikan pelayanan pembuatan surat pengantar akta kelahiran, masyarakat tidak mengetahui apa saja persyaratan dalam prosedur pembuatan surat pengantar akta kelahiran, masyarakat tidak ikut serta dalam sosialisasi yang diadakan pemerintah desa, listrik padam saat ingin mengeluarkan surat pengantar akta kelahiran. The procedure is a stage carried out by the organization to provide services to the public, services, goods or administrative services as part of the needs of the community. The cover letter for the birth certificate is one of the administrative services located at the village office of the head of the body. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the service procedure for making a birth certificate cover letter is and what are the obstacles in providing birth certificate delivery services at the hornan village office. The research uses qualitative methods where this research is descriptive which provides a clear picture of the problems studied. The technique of collecting data is through interviews with informants who know information about the service procedures for making birth certificates, observation and documentation to support the results of the interviews. The results of this study indicate that the service procedure for making birth certificates is still not implemented properly because many people still do not know the necessary requirements. Barriers in providing birth certificate delivery services, people do not know what are the requirements in the procedure for making birth certificate cover letters, people do not participate in socialization held by the village government, electricity goes out when they want to issue birth certificate cover letters.
