dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara Iklim Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada perawat. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan variable bebas Iklim Organisasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat RSUD H. Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran yang bekerja di ruang rawat yang berjumlah 114 dengan teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan total sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala Iklim Organisasi dan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan menggunakan bentuk skala Likert. Pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi sebesar 0,718 dengan p < 0,000, hal ini berarti ada korelasi positif yang signifikan antara Iklim Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Hal ini berarti semakin baik Iklim Organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula Organizational Citizenship Behavior, sebaliknya semakin buruk Iklim Organisasi semakin rendah Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Adapun koefisien determinan dari korelasi tersebut sebesar r2= 0,667 artinya Iklim Organisasi memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebesar 66,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33.3% factor lain yang mempengaruhi dalam penelitian ini yang tidak terlihat yaitu kepuasan kerja, kepribadian dan suasana hati (mood), persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasional, masa keja, dan jenis kelamin.The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between Organizational Climate and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in nurses. The dependent variable in this study is the Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the independent variable Organizatio nal Climate. The population in this study were all nurses at RSUD H. Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran who work in the ward, totaling 114. the sampling technique used total sampling, namely the sampling technique using the whole sample from the total populati on. The measuring instrument used is the Organizational Climate scale and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale using the Likert scale form. Data management in this study using Pearson's Product Moment correlation technique. The results showed a correlation of 0.718 with p <0.000, this means that there is a significant positive correlation between Organizational Climate and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This means that the better the Organizational Climate, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior, conversely, the worse the Organizational Climate, the lower the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The determinant coefficient of the correlation is r2 = 0.667, meaning that Organizational Climate provides an effective contribution to Organizational Citizenship Behavior by 66.7%, while the remaining 33.3%.
