Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi pada guru disekolah perguruan taman siswa diski. Pendekatan peneliian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang guru sehingga peneliti melakukan tenik total sampling. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja serta skala komitmen organisasi.Uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach yang menghasilkan indeks reliabilitas sebesar 0,963 untuk skala kepuasan kerja dan 0,936 untuk skala komitmen organisasi. Pada hal ini juga sejalan dengan nilai rata-rata empiric kepuasan kerja sebesar 90,54 dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 85, kemudian komitmen organisasi dengan nilai rata-rata empiric 99,44 dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 97,5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi pada guru disekolah perguruan taman siswa diski. Hal ini diperoleh berdasarkan hasil perhitungan korelasi r product moment dimana rxy = 0,684 ; dengan signifikan P = 0,000 artinya hipotetsis yang diajukan semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja semakin tinggi pula komitmen organisasi dan sebaliknya semakin rendah kepuasan kerja semakin rendah komitmen organisasi dinyatakan diterima. Adapun sumbangan efektif dari kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi sebesar 46,8%. This study aims to see the correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to teachers in college school Taman Siswa Diski. This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 52 teachers, so the researchers conducted a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a job satisfaction scale and organizational commitment scale. The reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha which produced a reliability index of 0.963 for the job satisfaction scale and 0.936 for the organizational commitment scale. In this case it is also in line with the empiric average value of job satisfaction of 90.54 with a hypothetical value of 85, then organizational commitment with an empiric average value of 99.44 with a hypothetical value of 97.5. The results showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to the teachers at the Disci Students Garden College. This is obtained based on the results of the r product moment correlation calculation where rxy = 0.684; with a significant P = 0.000, it means that the hypothesis proposed, the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the organizational commitment and vice versa, the lower the job satisfaction, the lower the organizational commitment is accepted. The effective contribution from job satisfaction affects organizational commitment by 46.8%.
