dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan kerja pada Karyawan Bagian Marketing Komunikasi PT. Imkom Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Imkom Medan bagian marketing komunikasi yang berjumlah 40 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling yaitu seluruh karyawan nagian marketing komunikasi. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan metode skala likert. Analisi data menggunakan analisis product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi dengan 0,475 p 0,002, hal ini berarti komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja tergolong tinggi, yaitu ada korelasi positif yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan bagian marketing komunikasi PT. Imkom Medan. Dimana semakin baik komunikasi interpersonal maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja, sebaliknya semakin rendah komunikasi interpersonal maka semakin rendah kepuasan kerja. Adapun koefisien determinan dari korelasi tersebut adalah sebesar 𝑟2=0,226 artinya Komunikasi Interpersonal memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 22,6%. This research aims to find out the correlation between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction in Employees of Communication Marketing Department PT. Imkom Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach. The subject of this study is employees of PT. Imkom Medan is a communication marketing department with 40 employees. Sampling technique using the method of total sampling is all employees marketing communication. Data retrieval techniques using the likert scale method. Data analysis using product moment analysis. The results of this study showed that there is a correlation with 0.475 p 0.002, this means interpersonal communication and job satisfaction are high, i.e. there is a significant positive correlation between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction in employees of pt communication marketing section. Imkom Medan. Where the higher interpersonal communication, the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the interpersonal communication, the lower the job satisfaction. The determinant coefficient of the correlation is r^2=0.226 meaning Interpersonal Communication contributes effectively to job satisfaction by 22.6%. | en_US |
