Abstract: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui hubungan antara perceived organizational support dengan work family conflict pada karyawati PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Sejalan dengan landasan teori, maka diajukan hipotesisi yang berbunyi ada hubungan negatif antara perceived organizational support dengan work family conflict. Dimana semakin tinggi perceived organizational support maka semakin rendah work family conflict. Sealiknya makin rendah perceived organizational support maka semakin tinggi work family conflict. Penelitian ini melibatkan 66 karyawan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen skala likert untuk skala perceived organizational support dan work family conflict. skala yang digunakan adalah skala perceived organizational support yang dikemukankan oleh Rhoades dan Eisenberger berjumlah 27 aitem dan skala work family conflict yang dikemukakan oleh Greenhaus dan Beutell berjumlah 24 aitem. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif pada perceived organizational support dengan work family conflict dimana rxy = -0,582 p =0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukkan diterima. Nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) penelitian dengan nilai sebesar 0,339. Dapat diartikan bahwa variable perceived organizational support mempengaruhi work family conflict sebesar 33,9%. Dari hasil perhitungan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik diproleh perceived organizational support berada pada katagori tinggi dan work family conflict berada pada kategori sedang. This research is a quantitative research which aims to test empirically and see the relationship between perceptions of organizational support with work family conflicts in the employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. In line with the theoretical basis, a hypothesis is proposed which says there is a negative relationship between perceived organizational support and work family conflict. Where the higher the perceived organizational support, the lower the work family conflict. On the other hand, the lower the perceived organizational support, the higher the work family conflict. This study involved 66 employees with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses a Likert scale instrument for the scale of perceived organizational support and work family conflict. The scale used is the scale of perceived organizational support proposed by Rhoades and Eisenberger totaling 27 items and the work family conflict scale proposed by Greenhaus and Beutell totaling 24 items. The analysis technique in this research is the product moment correlation technique. The results of the analysis show that there is a negative relationship between perceived organizational support and work family conflict where rxy = -0.582 p = 0.000 <0.05, thus the hypothesis presented is accepted. The coefficient of determination (r2) of the study is 0.339. It can be interpreted that the variable perceived organizational support affects work family conflicts by 33.9%. From the calculation of the hypothetical mean and empirical mean, it is found that perceived organizational support is in the high category and work family conflict is in the medium category.
