Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan perilaku inovatif guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 orang guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi. Perilaku inovatif adalah keseluruhan tindakan individu yang memunculkan, mengenalkan, dan menerapkan sesuatu hal yang baru dan bermanfaat bagi suatu organisasi. Data ini diungkap dengan skala perilaku inovatif yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi yaitu: Menciptakan Ide (Idea Generation), Berbagi Ide (Idea Promotion), Realisasi Ide (Idea Realization). Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional adalah pemimpin yang menginspirasi para pengikut untuk melampaui kepentingan pribadi mereka dan yang mampu membawa dampak mendalam dan luar biasa pada para pengikut. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam penelitian diukur berdasarkan lima aspek yaitu : Atributed Charisma, Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intelectual Stimulation, dan Individualized Consideration. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan metode analisis korelasi r Product Moment, diketahui bahwa ada Ada hubungan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan perilaku inovatif, dimana Rxy = 0,798 dengan P= 0.000 < 0,050. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,636. Ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berkontribusi terhadap perilaku inovatif sebesar 63,6%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada 36,4% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perilaku inovatif.Berdasarkan hasil nilai rata-rata empiric dan hipotetik maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterima tergolong sedang dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik 100 dan nilai rata-rata empiric 99,40 dan perilaku inovatif yang diterima tergolong sedang nilai rata-rata hipotetik 100 dan nilai rata-rata empiric 122,90. This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and innovative behavior of Integrated Islamic Junior High School teacher Nurul Ilmi. The research sample consisted of 40 teachers who taught at the Nurul Ilmi Islamic Junior High School. Innovative behavior is the entire individual action that raises, introduces, and applies something new and useful to an organization. This data is expressed by a scale of innovative behavior which consists of three dimensions, namely: Creating Ideas (Idea Generation), Sharing Ideas (Idea Promotion), Idea Realization. The Transformational Leadership Style is a leader who inspires followers to go beyond their personal interests and who is able to have a profound and extraordinary impact on followers. Transformational leadership style in research is measured based on five aspects, namely: Attributed Charisma, Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized Consideration. Based on the results of the analysis with the Product Moment r correlation analysis method, it is known that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership style and innovative behavior, where Rxy = 0.798 with P = 0.000 <0.050. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0.636. This shows that the transformational leadership style contributes to innovative behavior by 63.6%, this shows that there are 36.4% other factors that influence innovative behavior. Based on the results of the empirical and hypothetical average values, it can be concluded that the transformational leadership style accepted classified as moderate with a hypothetical average value of 100 and an average empiric value of 99.40 and innovative behavior received is classified as moderate, a hypothetical average value of 100 and an average empiric value of 122.90.
