Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Lingkungan kerja non fisik Kelelahan Kerja pada Pegawai KPP Pratama Medan Timur. This study aims to determine the relationship between non-physical work environment and work fatigue on employees of KPP Pratama East Medan. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research was 75 employees. Sampling technique with total sampling technique. The data collection technique used a Likert scale model. Work fatigue in this study is measured based on the characteristics of work fatigue according to Budiono, et al. (2003) Feelings of lethargy, drowsiness and dizziness, lack of ability to concentrate, reduced levels of alertness, poor and slow perceptions, reduced passion for work, and decreased physical and spiritual performance. The work environment in this study is revealed based on the non-physical aspects of the work environment by DeStefano (2006), which are as follows: Work Procedures, Work Standards, Supervisor's Responsibility, Clarity of Duties, Reward Systems, and Relationships between Employees. Based on the results of the analysis with the r Product Moment correlation analysis method, it is known that there is a negative relationship between non-physical work environment and work fatigue where rxy = -0.328 with significant p = 0.000 <0.050. The hypothesis proposed that the better the non-physical work environment will be the lower the level of work fatigue or vice versa, the bad work environment will increase the level of work fatigue is accepted. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0.107. This shows that the non-physical work environment contributes to work fatigue by 10.7%. Based on the results of the empiric and hypothetical average values, it can be concluded that the non-physical work environment received is low with a hypothetical average value of 95 and an average empiric value of 88.24 and the received work fatigue is high with a hypothetical average value. 92.5 and the empiric mean value of 100.61.
