dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan positif antara komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 433 orang karyawan PT. Tirta Sumber Menaralestari dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 204 orang karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala yaitu 1) skala komitmen organisasi 2) skala organizational citizenship behavior. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior dimana rxy = 0,288 < 0,050. Artinya semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi semakin tinggi organizational citizenship behavior. Sumbangan efektif variable komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan adalah 21,8%. Dengan demikian masih terdapat 78,2 % pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang dilihat dalam penelitian. Hasil lain ditemukan bahwasanya dari perhitungan mean empirik komitmen organisasi termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in employees. The hypothesis proposed is a positive relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 433 employees of PT. Tirta Sumber Menaralestari with purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 204 employees. Data collected through a scale of 1) organizational commitment scale 2) organizational citizenship behavior scale. Data analysis method using product moment analysis. The results showed a significant relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior where rxy = 0.288 < 0.050. This means that the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior. Effective contribution variable organizational citizenship behavior to employees is 21.8%. Thus there are still 78.2% of the influence of other factors on organizational citizenship behavior seen in the study. Another result found that the empirical mean calculation of organizational commitment is included in the medium category and employee organizational citizenship behavior is in the high category.en_US
