Artinya semakin tinggi dukungan orangtua maka semakin tinggi pula kematangan karier siswa. This study aims to see the relationship between parental support and career maturity in students, where the subjects in this study are students of SMK Negeri 1 Beringin. The distribution of the parental support scale with career maturity uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is Product Moment Correlation. Based on the calculation of r Product Moment analysis with a value or coefficient (Rxy) = 0.477 and the coefficient (R2) = 0.200 with p = 0.000 <0.050. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, that is, there is a relationship between parental support and career maturity. This means that the higher the parental support, the higher the student's career maturity. This is evidenced by the calculation of the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.200 indicating that parental support forms career maturity of 20.0%. Furthermore, parental support received by students in the high category through the calculation of the hypothetical mean = 95 and the empirical mean = 117.14 the difference exceeds the standard deviation = 15,326, and career maturity in the high category is seen from the calculation of the hypothetical mean = 102.5 and the empirical mean = 122.63 the difference exceeds the standard deviation = 14.216. | en_US |
