dc.description.abstract | Judul penelitian ini adalah Persepsi Masyarakat Tentang Judul Berita Clickbait Pada Media Kumparan.com (Studi Deskriptif Pada Masyarakat Kelurahan Desa Lama Kecamatan Pancur Batu). Penelitian ini di latar belakangi karena maraknya judul clickbait yang menyebar ke masyarakat melalui media sosial Kumparan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap judul berita clickbait pada media Kumparan.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori uses and gratification. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti melakukan wawancara tatap muka dengan lima informan yang berstatus sebagai masyarakat aktif pengguna media Kumparan di kelurahan Desa Lama Kecamatan Pancur Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ialah bahwa saat ini banyak bentuk judul clickbait yang ada di Kumparan yang hampir sering dilihat oleh informan. Judul berita “31 Tahun Jadi Tenaga Kontrak Pemprov NTT Di Sikka, di PHK Hanya Lewat Telepon” yang merupakan jenis clickbait Exaggeration juga turut mempengaruhi persepsi informan terhadap judul berita clickbait yang tersebar melalui media sosial. Untuk itu, memeriksa kebenaran dari suatu informasi yang dilihat di media sosial merupakan hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk lebih memastikan apakah judul berita clickbait tersebut benar atau menjebak. The title of this research is Public Perception in Addresing Clickbait News on Kumparan.com Media (Descriptive Study on the Kelurahan Desa Lama, Kecamatan Pancur Batu). This research is in the backround because of the proliferation of clickbait news hat spread to the public through Kumparan social media. The aim of the study was to learn how to public perception of clickbait headlines on Kumparan.com media. This research uses and gratification theory. In collecting data, the researchers conducted face-to-face interviews with five informants who were active community users of Kumparan media in the Desa Lama, Pancur Batu District. This study uses qualitative research. The results of the current study are that many forms of clickbait titles on the Kumparan are most often seen by informants. The news title ‘’ 31 Years as a Contract Worker for the NTT Provincial Government in Sikka, Layoff Only by Phone’’ which is a type of clickbait Exaggeration also influenced the informant’s perception of clickbait news titles that were spread through social media. For this reason, read the truth of information that is seen on social media is an important thing to do to better ensure that information the clickbait headline is true or tricky. | en_US |
