dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik hubungan antara kontrol diri dan lingkungan kerja psikososial dengan prokrastinasi kerja karyawan PT. Bintang Citra Familindo Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 orang dan yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah total populasi yang berjumlah 75 orang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instumen yang digunakan adalah angket kontrol diri, lingkungan kerja psikososial dan prokrastinasi kerja yang telah valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji analisi regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada hubungan negatif antara kontrol diri dengan prokrastinasi kerja dilihat dari Koefisien (Rx1y) = -0,501 dengan p 0.000 < 0.050. Kontribusi kontrol diri dengan prokrastinasi kerja dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (R2) = 0.251 atau sebesar 25.1%. (2) Ada hubungan negatif antara lingkungan kerja psikososial dengan prokrastinasi kerja yang di koefisien (Rx2y)= -0,462 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050. Kontribusi lingkungan kerja psikososial dengan prokrastinasi kerja dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (R2) = 0,214 atau sebesar 21.4%. (3). Ada hubungan negatif antara kontrol diri dan lingkungan kerja psikososial dengan prokrastinasi kerja dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rx1x2y)= -0,508 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050. Kontribusi kontrol diri dan lingkungan kerja psikososial dengan prokrastinasi kerja dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (R2) = 0,260 atau sebesar 26%. This study aims to empirically determine the relationship between self-control and psychosocial work environment with the work procrastination of employees of PT. Bintang Citra Familindo Medan. The population in this study was 75 people and the sample of the study was a total population of 75 people. This research uses a quantitative approach. The instrument used was a valid and reliable self-control questionnaire, psychosocial work environment and work procrastination. This study was analyzed by means of multiple regression analysis. The results showed that:(1) There is a negative relationship between self-control and work procrastination seen from the coefficient (Rx1y) = -0.501 with p 0.000 <0.050. The contribution of self-control with work procrastination can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.251 or 25.1%. (2) there is a negative relationship between the psychosocial work environment and work procrastination which is coefficient (Rx2y) = -0.462 with p = 0.000 <0.050. The contribution of the psychosocial work environment with work procrastination is seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.214 or 21.4%. (3). There is a negative relationship between self-control and psychosocial work environment and work procrastination seen from the coefficient value (Rx1x2y)= -0.508 with p = 0.000 <0.050. The contribution of self-control and psychosocial work environment with work procrastination can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.260 or 26%. | en_US |
