Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Motivasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Dinas Kebersihan Dan Pertamanan Kota Medan”. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan asosiatif merupakan suatu penelitian yakni bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Menggunakan teknik rumus slovin bersama tingkat signifikansi 0,1, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden diambil dari sebagian pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) bisa dilihat dikatakan t hitung pada variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Berdasarkan uji determinasi. nilai R Square yakni diperoleh sebesar 0,485 Angka tersebut menunjukkan dikatakan sebesar 48,5% prestasi kerja (variabel terikat) bisa dijelaskan oleh faktor disiplin (X1) dan motivasi (X2). Sisanya sebesar 51,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yakni tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. This research aims to find out "The Influence of Discipline and Motivation on The Work Performance of Employees of The Ministry of Hygiene and Hospitality of Medan". This type of research is associative which is a study that asks about the relationship between two variables. Using the slovin formula technique with a significance of 0.1, the number of samples in this study as many as 96 respondents was taken from some employees. Based on partial test results (t test) it can be seen that t count on work discipline variables and motivation partially or simultaneously positively and significantly affect work performance. Based on the determination test. R Square value obtained by 0.485 The figure shows that 48.5% of work performance (bound variables) can be explained by discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) factors. The remaining 51.5% was influenced by other factors not described in the study. |
