dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa Dalam Meningkatkan Pembangunan Fisik & Non Fisik di Desa Parbuluan VI Kabupaten Dairi dan untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Pembangunan Fisik & Non Fisik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Selanjutya hasil penelitian dianalisis melaui metode analisis deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan subjek penelitan terdiri dari pemerintah desa, ada permusyawaratan desa, lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat desa dan masyarakat desa parbuluan VI. Teknik penelitian dalam menentukan responden dipilih dengan menggunakan probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa sudah cukup efektif hanya ada sedikit kendala yang terjadi yaitu kualitas sumber daya manusia yang masih rendah, sedikit keterlambatan pencairan Alokasi Dana Desa dan tingkat kepedulian,partisipasi keterlibatan Masyarakat dalam tahapan Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa masih rendah. Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel independen dapat menjelaskan mengenai tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa. This study aims to determine the management of Village Fund Allocation in increasing Physical & Non-Physical Development in Parbuluan VI Village, Dairi Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors in the management of Village Fund Allocation. The independent variable used in this research is Village Fund Allocation Management, while the dependent variable is Physical & Non-Physical Development. The method used in this research is literature study and field study. Furthermore, the results of the study were analyzed through descriptive analysis methods. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with research subjects consisting of the village government, village consultations, village community empowerment institutions and parbuluan VI village communities. The research technique in determining the selected respondents is using probability sampling. The research results show that the Village Fund Allocation Management is quite effective, there are only a few obstacles that occur, namely the quality of human resources is still low, there is a slight delay in the development of the Village Fund Allocation and the level of awareness, participation of community involvement in the Village Fund Management stage is still low. This means that the independent variable can explain the success rate of implementing the Village Fund Allocation Management.en_US
