Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan leadership style, self efficasy dan subjective well being pada Personil Satuan Lalu Lintas Kepolisian Resor Kota Deliserdang. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelatif dengan pola kajian korelatif dengan menempatkan variabel penelitian dalam dua kelompok yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian adalah Personil Satuan Lalu Lintas Kepolisian Resor Kota Deliserdang yang berjumlah 135 orang personil. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 40 personil, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala leadership style dan self efficasy dengan subjective well being. Analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan leadership style dengan subjective well-being Pegawai/Personil SAT LANTAS Polresta Deliserdang, yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien rx1y = 0,687 dan p < 0,01; (2) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan efikasi diri individu/personil dengan subjective well-being pada Personil Satuan Lalu Lintas Kepolisian Resor Kota Deliserdang Sumatera Utara yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien koefisien rx2y = 0,108 dan p < 0,01; untuk kedua hipotesis di atas digunakan teknik analisis product moment; (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara leadership style dari pemimpin organisasi dan efikasi diri individu/personil dengan subjective well-being pada Personil Satuan Lalu Lintas Kepolisian Resor Kota Deliserdang Sumatera Utara yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien F = 16,605 ; R = 0,688; R2 = 0,473 dengan p < 0,01. Selanjutnya Standard error of estimate (SEE) sebesar 16,33831 Angka akurasinya adalah 100% - 16,33831 = 83,66169 %. Hipotesis ketiga dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan analisis Regresi Berganda. This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style, selfefficacy and subjective well being in the Traffic Unit of the Deliserdang City Police Traffic Unit. The research method is quantitative descriptive correlative type with a correlative study pattern by placing the research variables into two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The study population was 135 personnel of the Traffic Unit of the Deliserdang Police Resort. The sampling technique used Proportional Random Sampling technique with a number of research subjects as many as 40 personnel, the data collection method used a leadership style scale and self-efficacy with subjective well being. The analysis of research data shows that (1) there is a significant positive relationship between leadership style and subjective well-being of SAT LANTAS employees / personnel, Police Department Deliserdang, as indicated by the coefficient rx1y = 0.687 and p <0.01; (2) there is a significant positive relationship between individual / personnel self-efficacy and subjective well-being in the Traffic Unit of the Police Traffic Unit of the City of Deliserdang, North Sumatra, as indicated by the coefficient coefficient rx2y = 0.108 and p <0.01; For the two hypotheses above, the product moment analysis technique is used; (3) there is a significant relationship between the leadership style of organizational leaders and individual / personnel self-efficacy with subjective well-being on the Traffic Unit of the Police Traffic Unit of the City of Deliserdang, North Sumatra, as indicated by the coefficient F = 16.605; R = 0.688; R2 = 0.473 with p <0.01. Furthermore, the standard error of estimate (SEE) is 16.33831. The accuracy figure is 100% - 16.33831 = 83.66169%. The third hypothesis in this study is to use multiple regression analysis.
