Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik hubungan self esteem dan organizational citizenship behavior dengan subjective well-being pada guru di SMK Pancabudi Medan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, karna segala pengukuran dalam penelitian diungkap dengan angka-angka. Populasi sebanyak 50 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 50 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah instrumen subjective well-being yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek subjective well-being yaitu life satisfaction, positive affect, dan negative affect, (α = 0.721). Instrumen self esteem yang disusun berdasarkan aspek self esteem, yaitu power, significance, virtue dan competence (α = 0,715) dan organization citizenship behavior yang disusun berdasrkan dimensi-dimensi organization citizenship behavior, yaitu altruism, civic virtue, conscientiousness, courtesy dan sportmanship (α = 0,780). Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self esteem dengan subjective well-being pada guru SMK Pancabudi Medan, artinya semakin tinggi self esteem yang positif maka semakin tinggi subjective well-being guru SMK Pancabudi Medan, ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara organizational citizenship behavior dengan subjective well-being guru SMK Pancabudi Medan, artinya semakin tinggi organizational citizenship behavior maka semakin tinggi subjective well-being guru SMK Pancabudi Medan. Dan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self esteem dan organizational citizenship behavior dengan subjective well-being guru SMK Pancabudi Medan. Artinya semakin tinggi self esteem dan organizational citizenship behavior maka semakin tinggi subjective well-being guru SMK Pancabudi Medan. This study aims to determine empirically the relationship between selfesteem and organizational citizenship behavior with subjective well-being of teachers at SMK Pancabudi Medan. This research method is a quantitative method, because all measurements in the study are disclosed in numbers. The population are 80 people and the sampling technique use total sampling technique. The sample of the study was 50 people. The measuring instrument used are a subjective weli-being instrument which is arranged based on the subjective well-being aspects, namely life satisfaction, positive influence, and negative influence, (α = 0.721). Self-esteem instruments are arranged based on the aspects of self-esteem, namely power, significance, virtue and competence (α = 0.715) and organizational citizenship behavior which is arranged based on the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, namely altruism, civic virtue, conscientiousness, courtesy and sportmanship (α = 0.780). Data analysis uses multiple regression techniques. The results of this study are that there is a significant positive relationship between self-esteem and subjective well-being at the SMK Pancabudi Medan teachers, meaning that the higher the positive selfesteem, the higher the subjective well-being of SMK Pancabudi Medan teachers, there is a significant positive relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and subjective well-being teachers of SMK Pancabudi Medan, meaning that the higher the organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the subjective well-being of the teachers of SMK Pancabudi Medan. And there are a significant positive relationship between self-esteem and organizational citizenship behavior with subjective welfare teachers of SMK Pancabudi Medan. This means that the higher the self-esteem and organizations citizenship behavior, the higher the subjective well-being of the teachers of SMK Pancabudi Medan.
