Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan Produk Emina Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Sumatera Utara Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik angkatan 2018 Universitas Sumatera Utara yang telah memakai Emina yang berjumlah 70 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 70 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan mempengaruhi Produk Emina Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Sumatera Utara.(2) secara parsial variabel kepercayaan pelanggan mempengaruhi Produk Emina Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Sumatera Utara.(3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan pelanggan Terhadap Loyalitas Produk Emina Pelanggan Pada Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Sumatera Utara The Influence of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Trust on Customer Loyalty of Emina Products at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra ", Thesis, 2021 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Trust Emina Products on Customer Loyalty at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra. The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured by a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out by interview (interview), with a questionnaire and documentary study. The population in this study were all Emina consumers, amounting to 70 people. Sampling with a saturated sampling method or better known as a census. In this study, the population is relatively small, as many as 70 people. Data processing using SPSS software version 23, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially customer satisfaction variables affect Emina Products Against Customer Loyalty at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra. (2) partially customer trust variables affect Emina Products towards Customer Loyalty at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University North Sumatra. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between customer satisfaction and customer trust variables on Emina Customer Product Loyalty at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra
