Pengaruh Kompetensi Usaha dan Lingkungan Bisnis Terhadap Kinerja UMKM Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajamen Angkatan 2017 Universitas Medan Area

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kompetensi Usaha dan Lingkungan Bisnis terhadap Kinerja UMKM Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Angkatan 2017 Universitas Medan Area” Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa sebanyak 80 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden diambil dari seluruh populasi dijadikan responden penelitian. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan ialah smart PLS 2.0 di mana variabel kompetensi usaha (X1) memiliki thitung 2,518 ≥ 1,990 hal ini menjelaskan bahwa kompetensi usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sedangkan variabel lingkungan bisnis (X2) memiliki t-hitung 2,447523 ≥ ttabel 1,990 hal ini menjelaskan bahwa lingkungan bisnis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Dengan nilai adjusted r-square yang diperoleh 0,8920 atau 89,20% kinerja UMKM dapat dijelaskan oleh kompetensi usaha dan lingkungan bisnis, sisanya sebesar 11,80% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. The population in this study were 80 students using saturated sampling technique, so the number of samples in this study were 80 respondents taken from the entire population as research respondents. The data collection method used is smart PLS 2.0 where the business competence variable (X1) has a tcount of 2.518 1.990, this explains that business competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. While the business environment variable (X2) has a t-count of 2.447523 ≥ ttable 1.990, this explains that the business environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. With the adjusted r-square value obtained 0.8920 or 89.20% the performance of MSMEs can be explained by business competence and the business environment, the remaining 11.80% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
