Pengaruh Kreativitas dan Inovasi Produk Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Pengrajin Limbah Tempurung Kelapa di Desa Perkebunan Bukit Lawang Kecamatan Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kreativitas Dan Inovasi Produk Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Pada Pengerajin Limbah Tempurung Kelapa Di Desa Perkebunan Bukit Lawang Kecamatan Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengerajin tempurung kelapa sebanyak 30 pengerajin dengan menggunakan teknik rumus titik jenuh, karena jumlah populasi nya kurang dari 100 orang, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil mutlak dari populasi sebanyak 30 responden. Berdasarkan uji t kreativitas dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,489 > 2,051) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,019 < 0,05, kemudian variabel inovasi produk diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,190 > 2,051) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,037 < 0,05, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan variabel kreativitas dan inovasi produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha Pengerajin Limbah Tempurung Kelapa Di Desa Perkebunan Bukit Lawang. Nilai FHitung 8.565 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 4.20 dengan sig 0.001 < 0.5 menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kreativitas dan inovasi produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha Pengerajin Limbah Tempurung Kelapa Di Desa Perkebunan Bukit Lawang. Koefisien Determinasi (R2) = R2 X 100%, sehingga diperoleh R2 = 0,343 atau 34,3%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 34,3% Keberhasilan Usaha (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh varibel kreativitas dan inovasi produk. Sisanya sebesar 65,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine "The Effect of Creativity and Product Innovation on Business Success in Coconut Shell Waste Craftsmen in the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village, Bahorok District, Langkat Regency". This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 coconut shell craftsmen using the saturation point formula technique, because the population was less than 100 people, the number of samples in this study was taken absolutely from a population of 30 respondents. Based on the creativity t test with a value of tcount > ttable (2.489 > 2.051) with a significant level of 0.019 < 0.05, then the product innovation variable obtained tcount > ttable (2.190 > 2.051) with a significant level of 0.037 < 0.05, thus it can be concluded that the variable creativity and product innovation partially have a positive and significant effect on the success of the coconut shell waste craftsman business in the Bukit Lawang plantation village. The F value of 8.565 is greater than Ftable of 4.20 with sig 0.001 < 0.5 indicating Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the variables of creativity and product innovation together have a positive and significant effect on the success of the Coconut Shell Waste Craftsmen business in the Bukit Lawang Plantation Village. The coefficient of determination (R2) = R2 X 100%, so that we get R2 = 0.343 or 34.3%. This figure shows that 34.3% of Business Success (the dependent variable) can be explained by the creativity and product innovation variables. The remaining 65.7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
