dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa Marga Tbk.Cabang Belmera,untuk mengetahui apakah Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa Marga Tbk.Cabang Belmera, serta untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa Marga Tbk.Cabang Belmera. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan pada PT. Jasa Marga Tbk.Cabang Belmera yang berjumlah 52 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 52 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Asosiatif yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung kompensasi < t tabel (3,761 < 1,676), motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung motivasi kerja > t tabel ( 4,694 > 1,676) , dan secara simultan kompensasi, motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel ( 26,871 > 3,19). This study aims to determine whether compensation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Jasa Marga Tbk. Belmera Branch, to find out whether work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Jasa Marga Tbk. Belmera Branch, and to find out whether compensation and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Jasa Marga Tbk. Belmera Branch. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Jasa Marga Tbk. Belmera branch which opened 52 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method with a total sample of 52 people. This type of research is associative, namely research to determine the effect of independent variables on variables, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that partially compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a value of t count compensation < t table (3.761 < 1.676), work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with t count work motivation > t table ( 4.694 > 1.676) , and simultaneously compensation, work motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the value of F count > F table (26.871 > 3.19). | en_US |
