dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, fasilitas dan efektivitas terhadap keputusan pengunjung di hotel OYO di kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yang merupakan metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tempat antara variabel ke variabel yang diteliti dan pengaruh antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang – orang yang sedang atau pernah menginap di hotel OYO Rooms Indonesia di kota Medan dan dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (Uji t) diperoleh thitung > ttabel (4,327 > 1,670), variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengunjung di Hotel OYO Rooms di kota Medan. Variabel fasilitas diperoleh thitung > ttabel (4,327 > 0,454), menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengunjung di Hotel OYO Rooms di kota Medan. Variabel efektivitas diperoleh thitung > ttabel (4,327 > 0,825), menunjukkan bahwa variabel efektivitas tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengunjung di Hotel OYO Rooms di kota Medan. Berdasarkan uji signifikan simultan (Uji F) 13,856, diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas layanan, fasilitas, dan efektivitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengunjung di hotel OYO Rooms di kota Medan, dan nilai R Square sebesar 0,395 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 39,5% keputusan pengunjung di hotel OYO Rooms di kota Medan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan, fasilitas, dan efektivitas, sedangkan sisanya 60,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of service quality, facilities and the effectiveness against the decision of the visitors at the hotel OYO in the city of Medan. This research is a quantitative method which is a method of research that aims to explain the place of the variable to the variables studied and the influence of between one variable with other variables. The population in this research is the people who are or have stayed at the hotel OYO Rooms Indonesia in the city of Medan and by using cluster random sampling technique, then the number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Source of data used is primary data by using questionnaire. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results using the test of significant partial test (t Test) obtained tcount > ttable (4,327 > 1,670), the variable of service quality has positive and significant effect against the decision of the visitors at the Hotel OYO Rooms in the city of Medan. Variables facilities obtained tcount > ttable (4,327 > 0,454), indicating that the variable facility does not have a positive and significant impact on the decision of the visitors at the Hotel OYO Rooms in the city of Medan. The variable effectiveness of the obtained tcount > ttable (4,327 > 0,825), indicating that the effectiveness variable is not positive and significant effect on the decision of the visitors at the Hotel OYO Rooms in the city of Medan. Based on the test significant simultaneous (Test F) 13,856, it is known that the variable quality of service, facilities, and effectiveness together positive and significant effect on the decision of the visitors at the hotel OYO Rooms in the city of Medan, and the value of R Square of 0,395 shows that of 39.5% the decision of the visitors at the hotel OYO Rooms in the city of Medan is influenced by the quality of service, facilities, and effectiveness, while the rest of 60.5% influenced by other variables outside the model that are not described in this study. | en_US |
