Pengaruh Fasilitas Kantor dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Graha Segara Belawan

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan unsur terpenting dalam menentukan maju mundurnya suatu perusahaan. Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan diperlukan karyawan yang sesuai dengan persyaratan dalam perusahaan, dan juga harus mampu menjalankan tugas-tugas yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Setiap perusahaan akan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya, dengan harapan tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fasilitas Kantor dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Graha Segara Belawan, Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket pada karyawan, dengan sampel sebanyak 44 orang karyawan, dan Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan assosiatif dengan Teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasai SPSS IBM 21 dalam menguji data penelitiannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fasilitas Kantor memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, kemudian Fasilitas Kantor dan Motivasi Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. To achieve company goals, employees who are in accordance with the requirements of the company are needed, and must also be able to carry out the tasks that have been determined by the company. Every company will always try to improve the performance of its employees, with the hope of achieving company goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of office facilities and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Graha Segara Belawan, the data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires to employees, with a sample of 44 employees, and the approach used is an associative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the SPSS IBM 21 application in testing the research data. The results showed that office facilities had a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance, then office facilities and work motivation together had a significant positive effect on employee performance.
