dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan bussines model canvas yang saat ini dijalankan oleh usaha klinik Yasmin Skin Care serta memberikan strategi alternatif pilihan untuk mengembangkan usaha. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan informan sebagai objek penelitian, tehnik pengumpulan data adalahmenggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukan gambaran business model canvas yang ada pada Yasmin Skin Care yang digambarkan melalui 9 blok yaitu, customer segment untuk semua kalangan semua kalangan yang ingin melakukan perawatan kulit, value propositions adalah suasana yang nyaman dan kekeluargaan, harga terjangkau, dinding dengan wallpaper, dan diskon, channels menggunakanword of mouth, media sosial, brosur, transaksi via telepon, customer relationship yang diterapkan yaitu pengisian data konsumen, kedekatan personal, pelayanan yang baik, undian berhadiah, memberikan souvenir, revenue streams terdapat pada penjualan, treatment dan senam zumba, key resource yang digunakan sumberdaya manusia dan sumberdaya fisik,dan sumber daya finansial, key Activitiesdari penjualan, tindakan treatment dan senam zumba, key patnership yang digunakan adalah supplier, cost sctructure terbagi biaya variabel dan biaya tetap. Alternatif strategi yang bisa diterapkan berdasarkan analisis SWOT adalah strategi S-O yaitu dengan meningkatkanpromosi, strategi S-T dengan menambah jenis treatment baru dibidang anti-aging, strategi W-O yaitu memperbaiki manajemen perusahaan, melakukan pelatihan terhadap karyawan dan dokter untuk mengembangkan skill serta menambah mitra usaha, dan strategi W-T dengan mengefektifkan jadwal praktek dokter. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the canvas model bussines is currently being run by the Yasmin Skin Care clinic and to provide alternative strategies to develop the business. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach and uses informants as the object of research, data collection techniques are using the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show an overview of the business model canvas in Yasmin Skin Care which is described through 9 blocks, namely, customer segments for all groups of people who want to do skin care, value propositions are a comfortable and family atmosphere, affordable prices, walls with wallpaper, and discounts, channels using word of mouth, social media, brochures, telephone transactions, customer relationships applied, namely filling in consumer data, personal closeness, good service, lottery prizes, giving souvenirs, revenue streams are found in sales, treatment and zumba exercises , key resources used are human resources and physical resources, and financial resources, key activities from sales, treatment actions and zumba gymnastics, key partnerships used are suppliers, cost structure divided by variable costs and fixed costs. Alternative strategies that can be applied based on the SWOT analysis are the SO strategy, namely by increasing promotions, the ST strategy by adding new types of treatment in the field of anti-aging, the WO strategy, namely improving company management, training employees and doctors to develop skills and add business partners, and WT strategy by streamlining the doctor's practice schedule.en_US
