dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Utara, untuk mengetahui apakah pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Utara serta untuk mengetahui apakah pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sejumlah 143 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Asosiatif yaitu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik regresi linier berganda. Maka hasil penelitian yang di peroleh yaitu pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kemudian pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Utara. This study aims to determine whether education has a significant positive effect on the performance of the Inspectorate of North Sumatra Province, to find out whether training has a significant positive effect on the performance of the Inspectorate of North Sumatra Province and to find out whether education and training have a significant positive effect on the performance of the Inspectorate of North Sumatra Province. . The population in this study were 143 people. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people. This type of research is associative, namely research to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Then the research results obtained are that education has a significant positive effect on employee performance, training has a significant positive effect on employee performance, then education and training have a significant positive effect on the performance of the Inspectorate of North Sumatra Province.en_US
