Analisis Finansial Bibit Kelapa Sawit pada Beberapa Produsen Benih di Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Analisis Finansial Usaha Pembibitan Kelapa Sawit Pada Beberapa Produsen Benih di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian dilakukan pada tiga produsen benih di Provinsi Sumatera Utara yaitu di PPKS Medan, PT. PP. Lonsum Indonesia, Tbk dan PTPN IV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji : (a) biaya yang dikeluarkan/biaya produksi pada usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, (b) penerimaan yang diterima pada usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, (c) keuntungan yang diterima pada usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan (d) mengetahui tingkat efisiensi usaha pembibitan benih kelapa sawit. Dari penelitian pada ke tiga produsen benih diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : (a) Biaya produksi usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit per bibit layak tanam pada masing – masing perusahaan produsen benih tidak terlalu jauh berbeda, PT. PP. Lonsum Indonesia, Tbk. sebesar Rp. 34.016, PPKS Medan sebesar Rp 33.716 dan PTPN. IV Rp. sebesar 34.061 ; (b) Harga jual kelapa sawit dari ketiga perusahaan sampel juga tidak sama, di rentang Rp. 38.000 – Rp. 42.000 ; (c) Penerimaan (revenue) per bibit pada usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit pada PT. PP. Lonsum Indonesia, Tbk. sebesar Rp. 34.016, PPKS Medan sebesar Rp. 31.493 dan PTPN IV sebesar Rp. 29.265 ; (d) Pendapatan bersih dari usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit pada pada PPKS Medan sebesar Rp. 11.398, PTPN IV sebesar Rp. 7.844 dan yang terkecil PT. PP. Lonsum Indonesia, Tbk. sebesar Rp. 7.235 ; (e) Efisiensi usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit di PTPN. IV sebesar 1,60, PPKS Medan sebesar 1,30 dan PT. PP. Lonsum Indonesia, Tbk. sebesar 1,27. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa PTPN IV lebih efisien dibanding ke dua perusahaan. Efisiensi usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit dipengaruhi oleh biaya /input produksi yang dikeluarkan, penerimaan yang diterima dari usaha pembibitan dan keuntungan/pendapatan bersih dari usaha pembibitan kelapa sawit tersebut. Financial Analysis of Oil Palm Seeding Business in Several Seed Producers in North Sumatra Province. The research was conducted at three seed producers in North Sumatra Province, namely PPKS Medan, PT. PP. Lonsum Indonesia, Tbk. And PTPN IV. his research aims to examine: (a) costs incurred / production costs in oil palm nurseries in North Sumatra Province ; (b) revenues received in oil palm nursery businesses in North Sumatra Province ; (c) profits finances received in the oil palm nursery business in North Sumatra Province and (d) knowing the efficiency level of the oil palm seed nursery. From the research at three seed producers the following results were obtained: (a) The total production cost at the main-nursery stage at, PT. PP. Lonsum Indonesia, Tbk. in the amount of Rp. 34.0162, PPKS Medan Rp.33.716 and PTPN IV. Rp. 34.061 ; (b) The selling price of palm oil from the three companies is also different, in the range of Rp. 38,000 - Rp. 42,000 per seed ; (c) Revenue per seed is the oil palm nursery business at PT. PP.Lonsum Indonesia, Tbk is Rp. 34.016, PPKS Medan in the amount of Rp. 31.493 and PTPN IV in the amount of Rp. 29.265; (d) Net income from the oil palm nursery at PPKS Medan is Rp. 11.398, PTPN IV is Rp. 7.844 and the smallest PT.PP. Lonsum Indonesia, Tbk. is Rp. 7.235 and (e) The efficiency of the oil palm nursery in PTPN IV is 1,60, PPKS Medan is 1,30 and PT.PP.Lonsum Indonesia, Tbk.is 1,27. This indicates that PTPN IV is more efficient than the other two companies. The efficiency of the oil palm nursery business is influenced by the costs / production inputs incurred, the revenue received from the nursery business and the profit / net income from the oil palm nursery business.
