dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan mengetahui apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai serta untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesejahteraan dan Sosial Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Kesejahteraan dan Sosial Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 229 pegawai. teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan random sampling maka jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah berjumlah 70 responden, yaitu seluruh pegawai Dinas Kesejahteraan dan Sosial Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai hal ini menunjukkan pengujian parsial (uji t) nilai variabel disiplin kerja sebesar 0,156 bernilai positif, dengan tingkat sig 0,001 < 0,05 berarti bahwa jika variabel independen lain nilainya tetap, Berdasarkan uji t pada variabel Disiplin Kerja diperoleh nilai thitung (3,278) > ttabel (1,990), dengan hasil signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 Maka hipotesis diterima. 2) variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai hal ini menunjukkan pengujian parsial (uji t) nilai variabel motivasi sebesar 0,443 bernilai positif dengan tingkat sig 0,000 < 0,05 berarti bahwa jika variabel independen lain nilainya tetap, Berdasarkan uji t pada variabel Motivasi diperoleh Nilai thitung (5,569) > ttabel (1,990), dengan hasil signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 Maka hipotesis diterima. 3) Besarnya pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai indikator Dinas Kesejahteraan dan Sosial Provinsi Sumatera Utara Nilai R sebesar 0,791 maka hubungan yang cukup erat terhadap variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu sebesar (79,10%), Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji F maka diperoleh Nilai Fhitung (50,119) > Ftabel (3,21) dengan demikian maka hipotesis diterima. This study aims to determine whether work discipline affects employee performance and to determine whether motivation affects employee performance and to determine whether work discipline and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at the Welfare and Social Service Office of North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees at the Department of Welfare and Social Affairs of North Sumatra Province, totaling 229 employees. The sampling technique in this study was done by random sampling, so the number of samples taken was 70 respondents, namely all employees of the North Sumatra Province Welfare and Social Service. The results show that: 1) the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this shows a partial test (t test) the value of the work discipline variable of 0.156 is positive, with a sig level of 0.001 < 0.05 meaning that if the other independent variable is the value Still, based on the t-test on the Work Discipline variable, the value of tcount (3.278) > ttable (1.990), with significant results 0.001 <0.05, then the hypothesis is accepted. 2) the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this shows a partial test (t test) the value of the motivation variable of 0.443 is positive with a sig level of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that if the other independent variables have a fixed value, based on the t-test on the motivation variable The value of tcount (5.569) > ttable (1.990), with significant results 0.000 <0.05, then the hypothesis is accepted. 3) The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance indicators of the Welfare and Social Service of North Sumatra Province. R value of 0.791 means that the relationship is quite close to the independent variable and the dependent variable, which is equal to (79.10%) , Based on the results of the analysis of the F test, the value of Fcount (50,119) > Ftable (3.21) is obtained, thus the hypothesis is accepted. | en_US |
