dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini betujuan untuk melihat hubungan iklim organisasi dengan semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Bina Marga Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Dinas Bina Marga Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Adapun jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini sebanayak 50 dari populasi sebanyak 209 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sample dengan teknik incidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala iklim organisasi yang diukur dari 58 aitem valid (a=0,960) dan skala semangat kerja yang diukur dari 45 aitem valid (a=959). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi r product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy 0,781 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000 < 0,050. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti yaitu ada hubungan positif iklim organisasi dengan semangat kerja dinyatakan diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi positif menunjukkan bahwa arah hubungan kedua variable adalah positif, artinya semakin kondusif iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi semangat kerja. Iklim organisasi memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 61% pada semangat kerja dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to see the correlation between organizational climate and employee’s work spirit at the Bina Marga Office of North Sumatra Province. The sample in this study were employees of the North Sumatra Province Bina Marga Office. The number of samples in this study amounted to 50 employees from a population of 209 employees. The sampling technique was the Incidental Sampling technique. The data collection technique used an Organizational Climate scale which was measured from 58 valid items (a = 0.960) and a Work spirit scale which was measured from 42 valid items (a = 959). The data analysis technique in this study used the Product Moment Correlation Analysis technique. The results of this study indicate the rxy correlation coefficient of 0.781 with a significance of p = 0.000 <0.050. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed by the researcher that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work spirit. The positive correlation coefficient value indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that the more conducive the organizational climate is, the higher the work spirit of the employees. Organizational climate provides an effective contribution of 61% to work spirit and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. | en_US |
