dc.description.abstract | Suatu lembaga sudah tentu mempunyai visi dan misi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama, namun untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah di tentukan membutuhkan manajemen yang baik dan benar. Keberhasilan dan kesuksesan kinerja suatu lembaga ditentukan oleh kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Pelatihan dan keterlibatan kerja merupakan kegiatan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia melalui kegiatan perencanaan analisa jabatan, perencanaan tenaga kerja, rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, perencanaan karir, penilaian prestasi kerja sampai dengan pemberian kompensasi yang transfaran. Untuk menghadapi tuntutan tugas sekarang maupun dan terutama untuk menjawab tantangan masa depan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia merupakan keharusan mutlak. Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam USU adalah instansi pendidikan, untuk menciptakan tempat kerja yang efektif dan efisien diperlukan usaha dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Dari observasi yang dilakukan peneliti di Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam USU fenomena masalah yang terjadi dalam keterlibatan kerja dan pelatihan kerja yang menyebabkan kinerja menurun.Untuk itu penulis mengangkat judul Pelatihan dan Keterlibatan Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Fakultas Matematika Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dan berlokasi pada Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Sumatera Utara dengan menggunakan sampel berjumlah 68 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik yaitu uji f, uji t dan koefisen determinan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa variabel pelatihan (X1), nilai thitung 1,297 berada diantara -1,66827 < thitung < 1,66827 dengan nilai kolom signifikan 0,199 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan tidak berpengaruh signifikan antara variabel Pelatihan cara parsial (sendiri-sendiri) terhadap variabel Kinerja. Variabel Keterlibatan Kerja dengan nilai 7,583 berada tidak berada diantara -1,66827< thitung <1,66827 dan nilai kolom signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan berpengaruh signifikan antara variabel Keterlibatan Kerja cara parsial (sendiri-sendiri) terhadap variabel Kinerja. Pada Uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung sebsar 57,493 > F tabel 3,99 maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel variabel Pelatihan (X1) dan Keterlibatan kerja (X2) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y). Hasil uji Koefisiensi Determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh variabel pelatihan (X1) dan keterlibatan kerja (X2) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y ) adalah sebesar 63,9%. Sedangkan sisanya 36,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. An institution certainly has a vision and mission to achieve common goals, but to achieve predetermined goals requires good and correct management. The success and success of an institution's performance is determined by the quality of its human resources. Training and job involvement are human resource management activities through job analysis planning, workforce planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, career planning, job performance appraisals to the provision of transparent compensation. To face the demands of today's duties and especially to answer future challenges, human resource development is an absolute necessity. USU's Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is an educational institution, to create an effective and efficient workplace requires efforts to achieve these goals. From observations made by researchers at the USU Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, the phenomenon of problems that occur in job involvement and job training causes performance to decline. For this reason, the author raises the title Training and Job Involvement in Increasing Productivity of State Civil Apparatus (ASN), Faculty of Mathematics Sciences Alam University of North Sumatra. This type of research is associative and is located at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of North Sumatra by using a sample of 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely the f test, t test and determinant coefficient. Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t test) that the training variable (X1), the tcount value of 1.297 is between -1.66827 < tcount < 1.66827 with a significant column value of 0.199 > 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no significant effect between the partial training variable. (individually) on the performance variable. The Work Involvement variable with a value of 7.583 is not between -1.66827 < tcount < 1.66827 and the significant column value is 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that it has a significant effect between the partial (individually) work involvement variable on the Performance variable. In the F test, it is obtained that the F value is calculated as 57.493 > F table 3.99, it is concluded that there is a significant influence between the variable training (X1) and work involvement (X2) on the performance variable (Y). The result of the determination coefficient test (R2) shows that the influence of the training variable (X1) and job involvement (X2) on the performance variable (Y) is 63.9%. While the remaining 36.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. | en_US |
