Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Karyawan Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Toto Suharto dan Rekan cabang Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Toto Suharto dan Rekan cabang Medan yang berjumlah 50 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi dengan 0,460 p < 0,001, hal ini berarti kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior tergolong tinggi, yaitu ada korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada Karyawan Kantor Jasa Toto Suharto dan Rekan cabang Medan. Dimana semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin tinggi organizational citizenship behavior, sebaliknya semakin rendah kepuasan kerja maka semakin rendah organizational citizenship behavior. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut adalah sebesar r2= 0,212 artinya Kepuasan Kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebesar 21,2% sedangkan sisanya ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang mempengaruhi dalam penelitian ini yang tidak terlihat diantaranya: komitmen organisasi, kepribadian, moral karyawan, motivasi, kepemimpinan situasional, kepercayaan pada pimpinan, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional. This study aims to determine the correlation between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Toto Suharto and cplleagues in Medan branch. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were all employees of the Public Appraisal Service Office of Toto Suharto and colleagues in the Medan branch, totaling 50 employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling method, namely all employees. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. Data analysis using product moment analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a correlation with 0.460 p < 0.001, this means that job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior is high, that is, there is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of the Toto Suharto Service Office and Partners in the Medan branch. Where the higher the job satisfaction, the higher organizational citizenship behavior, conversely the lower job satisfaction, the lower organizational citizenship behavior. The coefficient of determination of this correlation is r2 = 0.212, meaning that Job Satisfaction provides an effective contribution to Organizational Citizenship Behavior by 21.2%, while the rest is determined by other factors that influence this research which are not visible, including: organizational commitment, personality, employee morale, motivation, situational leadership, belief in leadership, organizational culture, transformational leadership.
