Hubungan Beban Kerja dengan Stres Kerja pada Perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada perawat di Rurnah Sakit Jiwa Prov.SU. Subjek Penelitian adalah perawat yang bekerja di RSJD Provinsi Surnatera Utara yang berjurnlah 136 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengarnbilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua skala yakni, skala beban kerja dan skala stres kerja. Hasil perhitungan mean empirik dan mean hipotetik diperoleh bahwa beban kerja perawat Rurnah Sakit Jiwa berada pada kategori sedang sebab mean hipotetik ( 75 ) lebih besar dari mean empirik ( 70,6 ) dimana selisihnya tidak melebihi nilai SD ( 14, 278 ), dan stres kerja perawat Rurnah Sakit Jiwa berada pada kategori rendah sebab mean hipotetik ( 85 ) lebih besar dari mean empirik (80, 02 ) dirnana selisihnya melebihi nilai SD ( 15, 272 ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisein rxy = 0, 594 dengan p < 0,05. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work stress on nurse at Rurnah Mental Illness Prov.SU. Research subjects are nurses who work at RSJD North Surnatera Province which numbered 136 people using purposive technique sampling. Data collection was carried out using two scales namely, workload scale and the work stress scale. The results of the calculation of the empirical mean and the hypothetical mean are obtained that burden Mentally ill nurses work in the medium category because the mean is hypothetical ( 75 ) more greater than the empirical mean (70.6) where the difference does not exceed the SD value ( 14, 278), and stress Mentally ill nurses work in the low category because the mean is hypothetical ( 85 ) more greater than the empirical mean (80, 02 ) where the difference exceeds the SD value (15, 272). Based on the results of the study found that there was a relationship between workload and work stress indicated by the coefficient rxy = 0.594 with p < 0.05.
