dc.description.abstractDalam upaya membuktikan hipotesis di atas maka digunakan teknik analisis regresi dua prediktor. Teknik ini digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel yaitu Xl dan X2 dengan Y. Kemudian digunakan teknik korelasi parsial jenjang pertama yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel Xl-Y dan X2-Y. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa (1) Berdasarkan hasil Analisis Regresi diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keharmonisan dalarn keluarga dan harga diri dengan kemampuan bersosialisasi pada remaja kelas XI SMA Negeri 13 Medan, dimana Freg = 29,994 : p > 0,01. Hal ini diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara keharmonisan dalam keluarga dan harga diri dengan kemampuan bersosialisasi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka hipotesis yang diajukan "diterima''. (2) Berdasarkan analisis parsial, menunjukkan koefisien nilai r1y-2 = 0,3115; p > 0,050 (p = 0,002) yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keharmonisan dalam keluarga dan kemampuan bersosialisasi (dengan mengontrol harga diri). Artinya terdapat hubungan antara keharmonisan dalam keluarga dengan kemampuan bersosialisasi. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini "diterima". (3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi parsial, menunjukkan koefisien r2y-1 = 0,3790 ; p > 0,050 (p = 0,000) yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara harga diri dengan kemampuan bersosialisasi (dengan mengontrol keharmonisan dalam keluarga). Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan antara harga diri dan kemampuan bersosialisasi. Dengan demikian hipotesis "diterima". (4) Pengaruh dari keharmonisan dalam keluarga dan harga diri terhadap kemampuan bersosialisasi adalah sebesar 61,8 %. (5) Diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian SMA Negeri 13 Medan, memiliki keharmonisan aalam keluarga yang baik, dimana mean hipotetik < mean empirik, yaitu 85 < 113,35. Subjek penelitian juga mempur.yai harga diri yang baik, dimana mean hipotetik < mean empirik, yaitu 47,5 < 57,56. Selain itu juga terlihat bahwa subjek penelitian memiliki tingkat kemampuan bersosialisasi yang baik, dimana mean hipotetik < mean empirik, yaitu 60 < 79,09. Secara umum, hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa para remaja di SMA Negeri 13 memiliki keharmonisan dalam keluarga, harga diri, kemampuan bersosialisasi yang tinggi. In an effort to prove the hypothesis above, it is used technique regression analysis of the two predictors. From the results of this study it is known that (1) Based on the results of the Regression Analysis, it is known that there is a significant relationship significant relationship between harmony in the family and self-esteem and ability socializing in class XI teenagers at SMA Negeri 13 Medan, where Freg = 29.994 : p > 0.01. This means that there is a relationship between harmony in family and self-esteem with social skills. Based on the results then the proposed hypothesis is "accepted". (2) Based on the analysis partial, showing the coefficient value of r1y-2 = 0.3115; p > 0.050 (p = 0.002) which means there is a significant relationship between harmony in the family and social skills (by controlling self-esteem). It means there is relationship between harmony in the family with social skills. Thus the hypothesis in this study is "accepted". (3) Based on the results partial correlation analysis, shows the coefficient r2y-1 = 0.3790 ; p > 0.050 (p = 0.000) which means there is a significant relationship between self-esteem and social skills (by controlling harmony in the family). This means that there is a relationship between self-esteem and social skills. Thus the hypothesis is "accepted". (4) The influence of inner harmony family and self-esteem on social skills is 61.8%. (5) It is known that the research subject of SMA Negeri 13 Medan, has good family harmony, where the hypothetical mean < empirical mean, ie 85 < 113.35. Research subjects also have good self-esteem, where the hypothetical mean < empirical mean, namely 47.5 < 57.56. Besides that, it looks that the research subjects have a good level of social skills, where the hypothetical mean < empirical mean, ie 60 < 79.09. In general, the results of the study illustrate that the teen in SMA Negeri 13 has harmony in the family, self-esteem, ability highly sociable.en_US
