Abstract: APAPO (Antrian Paspor Online ) adalah inovasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi sebagai dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keimigrasian khususnya terhadap permohonan paspor yang semakin tinggi serta trend melakukan perjalanan dalam hal bisnis, pendidikan maupun lain sebagainya, dalam penggunaannya masih terdapat permasalahan yang menyebabkan pelayanan permohonan pembuatan paspor terkendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dalam permohonan pembuatan paspor menggunakan APAPO (antrian Paspor Online) di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Medan. Dengan menggunakan Penelitian pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. pengambilan sampel sumber data dilakukan secara purposive dan snowball, menggunakan informan kunci, informan tambahan dan peneliti sebagai instrument, menggunakan alat bantu seperti daftar keluhan pemohon, buku catatan, serta dokumen-dokumen. sumber data. Dengan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan APAPO (Antrian Paspor Online ) dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan permohonan pembuatan paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Medan.
