dc.description.abstract | Pembinaan Mental TNI bertujuan untuk memantapkan ketaqwaan, nasionalisme dan militansi sehingga tercipta profesionalisme prajurit dan PNS TNI-AD. Pelaksanaan Bintal oleh Bintaldam I/BB berpedoman kepada Peraturan Kasad No 43 Tahun 2016 Tentang Organisasi Bintal Kodam, namun didalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Bintal masih ditemui permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dengan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan peraturan kasad no 43 tahun 2016 mengunakan teori evaluasi William N Dunn. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa efiensi (kurangnya efisiensi waktu, efisiensi biaya) dan kecukupan dalam menghindari pelanggaran merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi didalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Bintal. Rekomendasi yang diberikan, dengan anggaran yang ada se efisen mungkin kegiatan dilaksanakan tampa mengurangi kwalitas dan tujuan yang hendak dicapai dan perlu disusun perencanaan waktu yang efisien sehingga prajurit dapat hadir pada kegiatan Bintal. Kebijakan Bintal masih perlu kembangkan untuk menghindari prajurit dari pelanggaran. The TNI's Mental development aims to solidify their resilience, nationalism and militancy to create the professionalism of soldiers and civil servants. The implementation of Bintal by Bintaldam I/BB is guided by the KASAD regulation No 43 year 2016 about Bintal Kodam organization, but in the implementation of BINTAL activities still encountered problem. The research aims to analyse by evaluating the implementation of the Decree No. 43 of 2016 using the evaluation theory of William N Dunn. From the analysis the results concluded that the (lack of time efficiency, cost efficiency) and adequacy in avoiding violations is a factor that affects in the implementation of Bintal activities. Recommendations are given, with an existing budget SE Efisen possible activities implemented Tampa reduce the quality and objectives to be achieved and need to be arranged efficient planning time so that the soldiers can be present in the activities of Bintal. The Bintal policy still needs to develop to avoid soldiers from offense. | en_US |
