dc.description.abstract | kemajuan teknologi dewasa ini telah menghasilkan berbagai jenis alat alat yang canggih, namun di dalam pengoperasiannya masih menggunakan tenaga manusia seluruhnya. Untuk itu penulis mencoba membuat suatu rancangan yang dapat mempermudah proses pengoperasian pengontrolan alat industri yang memakai aplikasi komputer. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mencoba membahas suatu alat yang dapat mengontrol jalannya operasi suatu sistem secara otomatis dan berkesinambungan. Alat yang dimaksud adalah programmable logic control (plc) dimana dalam tulisan ini digunakan untuk mengatur kecepatan putaran motor ams searah (dc). Kelebihan alat tersebut adalah dapat di program berulang kali dan dapat dijadikan alat pengendali yang dapat dirancang khusus untuk penggunaan di industri karena plc telah di rancang sederoikian rupa sehingga lebih mudah ditempatkan dan pemrogramannya lebih sederhana . Program yang digunakan dalam plc adalah diagram ladder (doagram tangga). Today's technological advances have produced various types of sophisticated tools, but in operation they still use entirely human power. For this reason, the author tries to make a design that can simplify the process of controlling industrial equipment using computer applications. In this study the author tries to discuss a tool that can control the operation of a system automatically and continuously. The tool in question is a programmable logic control (plc) which in this paper is used to regulate the rotational speed of a DC motor. The advantage of this tool is that it can be programmed repeatedly and can be used as a controller that can be specially designed for industrial use because the PLC has been designed in such a way that it is easier to place and the programming is simpler. The program used in PLC is a ladder diagram. | en_US |
