Evaluasi Program Indonesia Pintar Untuk Siswa Madrasah Studi pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Dolok Masihul Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai

Abstract

Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Agama RI menyelenggarakan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) untuk siswa madrasah. Dalam pelaksanaan Program Indonesia Pintar(PIP) pemerintah telah mengeluarkan petunjuk teknis tentang perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan monev Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) yaitu dengan ditetapkannya Keputusan Dirjen Pendidikan Islam Nomor 1022 Tahun 2016 Tentang Petujuk Teknis Program Indonesia Pintar Untuk Siswa Madrasah Tahun Anggaran 2016.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) yang dilihat dari aspek kesiapan, pelaksanaan dan pemanfaatan dari Program Indonesia Pintar di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Dolok Masihul Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriftif dengan responden diambil dari unsur sekolah dan siswa penerima bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Evaluasi Pemanfaatan Program Indonesia Pintar di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Dolok Masihul Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai pada aspek kesiapan penerima Program Indonesia Pintar secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori baik, demikian juga dari aspek pelaksanaanya telah berjalan dengan baik. Dari aspek pemanfaatannya termasuk sangat baik. Faktor pendukung Program Indonesia Pintar adalah adanya pendataan siswa sebelum program dilaksanakan sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya sosialisasi dari sekolah kepada siswa. Untuk lebih meningkatkan keberhasilan Program Indonesia Pintar ini perlu adanya petunjuk teknis dan SOP dalam pelaksanan Program Indonesia Pintar tersebut. In the implementation of Indonesia Smart Program, government had issued some technical instructions about planning, implementation and monev of Indonesia Smart Program (ISP) which the desicion had assigned by the general director of Islamic education rules number 1022, 2016 about technical instructions of Indonesian Smart Program for the Madrasah’s Students 2016 fiscal year.This research aims to evaluating the Indonesia Smart Program, which seen from the aspects of readyness, implementation and utilization of Indonesia Smart Program for the Dolok Masihul national Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Serdang Bedagai district. The research was performed by descriptic methods with the respondence drawn from the school element and Indonesia Smart Program beneficiaries students.The result of this study indicate that the evaluation benefit of Indonesia Smart Program at Dolok Masihul national Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Serdang Bedagai district on the aspec of readyness Indonesia Smart Program beneficiaries and overall was belong to welldone categories, and also from the aspect of implementation and both of beneficial the supporting factor from this Indonesia Smart Program is the existing data account of the student’s before the program implementation, while the resistor factor is the lack of socialization from school management to the students. To improving success of the Indonesia Smart Program required of some technical instruction and SOP in the Indonesia Smart Program implementation
