Abstract: Kepemimpinan di Kantor Unit Pelaksana Teknis Batang Kuis merupakan bagian utama dalam mewujudkan etos kerja yang memenuhi standart. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepemimpinan KUPT Batang Kuis dalam meningkatkan ethos kerja pegawainya di KUPT Batang Kuis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui, wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi , dan Statistik deskriptif ini yang dikemukakan dalam bentuk laporan dengan cara-cara penyajian data melalui tabel atau distribusi frekuensi, kemudian dilakukan analisis korelasi untuk mengetahui variabel x dan variabel y memiliki hubungan atau tidak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Kepala Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendidikan Batang Kuis memiliki sikap yang baik, tidak diskriminatif, demokratif dan tidak otoriter kepada setiap staff, hal ini dikutip dari beberapa pernyataan dikuesioner yang ditujukan kepada para staff/sampel di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendidikan di Batang Kuis, yang bermakna Kepemimpinan di Batang Kuis berjalan dengan baik sehingga berpengaruh baik pula terhadap etos kerja pegawai atau staff di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendidikan di Batang Kuis Leadership in the Batang Quiis Technical Implementation Unit Office is the main part in realizing a work ethic that meets standards. Study This study aims to determine and analyze the leadership of KUPT Batang Quiz in improving the work ethic of its employees at KUPT Batang Quiz. Method This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. With technique data collection through interviews, questionnaires, observation, documentation, and These descriptive statistics are presented in the form of reports in the following ways: presentation of data through tables or frequency distributions, then analysis is carried out correlation to find out the variable x and variable y have a relationship or no. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the Unit Head The Technical Implementer of the Batang Kuis Education Office has a good attitude, no discriminatory, democratic and not authoritarian to every staff, this is quoted from several statements in the questionnaire addressed to the staff/sample in the Unit The Technical Implementer of the Education Office in Batang Kuis, which means Leadership in Batang Quiz is going well so it has a good effect also to the work ethic of employees or staff in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Service Education in Batang Quiz Leadership at the Office of Technical Implementation Unit Batang Quiz is a major part in realizing a work ethic that meets the standards. This research aims to know and analyze the leadership of KUPT Batang Kuis in improving work ethos of employees at KUPT Batang Kuis. This research method using descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Batang Kuis Education Department has a good attitude, not discriminatory, democratic and not authoritarian to every staff, this is quoted from some statement questionnaire addressed to the staff / samples at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Dinas Pendidikan In Batang Kuis, which means Leadership in Trunk Quiz runs well so that it also affects both the work ethic of staff or staff at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Education Office in Batang Kuis.
