Currently the condition of the river Deli decreased function As often the floods in Kampung Aur blood and a number of settlements on the banks of the River Deli. Therefore, there needs to be good planning to overcome the problem of flood discharge in the area. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct research (case study) on "Analysis of Rainfall Relationship with River Flow Characteristics In Deli River Flow. The purpose of this research is to analyze the amount of river flow flow Deli with the aim to know the relationship of rainfall with the characteristics of the river flow. To solve the problem of rainfall relationship with river flow characteristics in Deli River Flow, In this case using the distribution of Log Person III distribution and its description using Hydrograph. The result is the physical characteristics of hydrology proportional to the frequency of flooding. This means that rainfall of 10 years calculated describes the same movement with the frequency of floods that will occur in a certain repeat period. As in 2005 the rainfall obtained from the calculation of statistics is 384,764 mm with a flood frequency of 13,689 m3 / s and 2 years return period. River density value of 0.016596 km / km2 indicates river flow through rocks with hard resistance. The level of slope to flat from 0-8% with an area of 327.74 Km, while the total area of 382.34 Km (85.72% of the total area). This shows the slow flow rate, as well as critical land conditions in the Deli watershed has the largest area So there needs to be a re-evaluation and maintenance as well as the operation of routine and validation of the flow of Hydrology
