Abstract

Tenaga kerja panen menjadi faktor penting dalam kegiatan proses pemanen kelapa sawit, dimana tenaga kerja panen berhubungan langsung dengan aspek teknis permanenan, oleh karena itu kebutuhan tenaga kerja panen yang berkualitas sanat dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan hasil produksi yang berkualitas sehingga PT Gruti Lestari Pratama Kebun Sinunukan dapat bersaing di pasaran, baik pasar domestik maupun pasar internasional sehingga akan meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja panen kelapa sawit dan faktor mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja panen kelapa sawit PT Gruti lestari pratama kebun sinunukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskripsif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data primer dan data skunder. Harvest labor is an important factor in the activities of the oil palm harvesting process, where harvesting labor is directly related to the technical aspects of permanence, therefore the need for quality harvest labor is very much needed to get quality production results so that PT Gruti Lestari Pratama Kebun Sinunukan can compete in the market, both domestic and international markets, so that it will increase the productivity of the oil palm harvesting workforce and the factors affecting the productivity of the oil palm harvest workers of PT Gruti Lestari Pratama Sinunukan Plantation. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, this type of research is descriptive. The data collection method was carried out with primary data and secondary data.
