Hubungan antara Dukungan Sosial dengan Stres Kerja dalam Menghadapi Mutasi pada Anggota Satuan Pengendalian Masa Polda Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan stres kerja dalam mengbadapi mutasi pada anggota Satuan Pengendalian Masa Polda Sumatera Utara Sebagai subjek dalam peneiitlan ini adalah anggota Satuan Pengendalian Masa Polda Sumatera Utara dan pelaksanaan uji coba pada tanggal 28 Februari 2010 dan pelaksanaan penelitian pada tanggal 06 Maret 2010. Berdasarkan hasi analisis yang menggunkan korelasi Product Moment didapatkan hasil bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara dukungan sosial dengan stres kerja dalam menghadapi mutasi (r dan y) dimana koefesien r yang didapatkan rxy = 0,424 ; p < 0,00 : berarti p < dari 0,00 artinya semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin tinggi stres kerja, sementara yang terdapat dihipotesis kerja dari penelitian ini mengharapkan negatif maka hipotesis "Ditolak".
