Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Pada Sektor-Sektor Pertanian di Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research titled factors influencing the absorption labor of agriculture sector in Province of North Sumatera. This research was analized about the influence of inflation, investment and provincial minimum wage as the independent variable to labor absorption as dependent variable. The form of this research is descriptive analysis with quantitative approach method by forming a multiple regression equation and statistical data processing using the program Eviews series 7. The resultof this research showed the inflation and investment variables have a positive effect and significant to the absorption of the labor. While the provincial minimum wage variable gives a negative effect and significant to the absorption of labor in the agricultural sector in Province of North Sumatra Province.
