dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, yang diambil secara acak (Purposive Random sampling). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya cemaran bakteri Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus pada nugget ayam yang di jual di Pasar Tradisional Dan Mini Market Di Wilayah Hamparan Perak. Dari 10 sampel nugget ayam terdapat tiga sampel nugget ayam tecemar bakteri Staphylococcus aureus, satu sampel nugget ayam yang tercemar bakteri Escherichia coli serta satu sampel nugget ayam tercemar bakteri Salmonella. Balai Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (POM) agar melakukan pengawasan peredaran Nugget Ayam yang dijual di pasar-pasar. Konsumen Nugget Ayam agar lebih waspada dalam memilih Nugget Ayam yang akan dikonsumsi serta memperhatikan kondisi kebersihannya karena ditemukan adanya kandungan mikroba pada Nugget Ayam yang diperiksa. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengidentifikasi jenis bakteri lain yang terdapat pada Nugget Ayam. This study used a descriptive method, which was taken at random (purposive random sampling). The purpose of this study was to determine the presence of bacterial contamination of Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus in chicken nuggets sold in traditional markets and mini markets in the silver area. Of the 10 samples of chicken nuggets, three samples of chicken nuggets were contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, one sample of chicken nuggets contaminated with Escherichia coli bacteria and one sample of chicken nuggets contaminated with Salmonella bacteria. The Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (POM) is to supervise the circulation of Chicken Nuggets sold in markets. Chicken nuggets consumers should be more vigilant in choosing the chicken nuggets to be consumed and pay attention to their cleanliness conditions because it was found that the presence of microbes in the chicken nuggets were examined. Further research is needed to identify other types of bacteria found in Chicken Nugget.en_US
