dc.description.abstractBerpedoman pada hasil dan pembahasan yang telah dibuat maka dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut. Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja fisik dengan kepuasan kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien kolerasi r xy sebesar 0,648 dengan P = 0.000 < 0.050. Artinya semakin karyawan mempersepsi bahwa lingkungan kerja fisiknya kondusif, kepuasan kerja diamati semakin tinggi, atau sebaliknya. Berdasarkan hasil ini, berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yang berbunyi ada hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja fisik dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan dinyatakan diterima. Sumbangan efektif variabel lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 42%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka dapat diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 58% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap kepuasan kerja yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini. Based on the results and discussions that have been made, it can be concluded the following matters. There is a significant positive relationship between the physical work environment with job satisfaction. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient r xy of 0.648 with P = 0.000 < 0.050. It means more employees perceive that the physical work environment is conducive, job satisfaction observed to be higher, or vice versa. Based on this result, it means the proposed hypothesis which reads that there is a positive relationship between physical work environment with job satisfaction on employees is stated received. Effective contribution of physical work environment variables to job satisfaction employees is 42%. Based on this research, it can be it is known that there are still 58% of the influence of other factors on the job satisfaction that was not revealed in this study.en_US
