This study aims to see the relationship between work morale and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Gunung Pamela Plantation, where the number of employees who were used as research subjects amounted to 50 people. The hypothesis proposed in this study reads: there is a positive relationship between Work Morale and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees. The analytical method used in this study is the product moment correlation technique, where based on the analysis obtained from the following results, there is a positive relationship between work morale and organizational citizenship behavior. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.881; p = 0.000 < 0.05. Based on these results, the hypothesis that has been proposed in this study is declared accepted. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.777 indicates that organizational citizenship behavior is shaped by work morale of 77.7%. Furthermore, judging from the calculation of the hypothetical mean = 57.5 and empirical mean = 78.78 and standard deviation = 12,552 it is known that work morale is in the high category. While the OCB from the calculation of the hypothetical mean = 62.5 and the empirical mean = 82.90 and the standard deviation = 12,408 it is known that organizational citizenship behavior is in the high category.en_US
