Parameter yang diamati yaitu Tinggi Tanaman, Luas daun, Jumlah cabang, Jumlah bintil akar, Berat polong per sampel, Berat polong per plot. Soya Bean (Glycine max L), is an important food crop related to its nutritional content, especially high protein content, increasing demand is not matched by an increase in production. The purpose of this study was to determine the response to growth an production of soybean plants by application of cocoa pod skin compost and trichoderma sp. The research was conducted in November-February 2021. Research methods using a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 treatment factors. The first factor is cocoa pod skin compost with (K) notation which consists of 4 treatment levels, namely K0, K1, K2, K3 (0, 10, 15, 20). While the second factors is Trichoderma sp with (T) notation which consists of 3 treatment levels, namely T0, T1, T2 ( 0, 15, 30). Parameters observed were plant height, leaf area, number of branches, number of root nodeles, pod weight, per sample, pod, weight per sample, pod weight per plot. The application of cocoa pod skin compost and trichoderma sp had a significant effect on the diameter of the number of root nodeles, weight of pods per sample, number of pods per sample, number of pods per plot, but did not significantly affect plant height diameter, leaf area, number of branches. The combination of cocoa pod skin compost and trichoderma sp had no significant effect on increasing the growth and production of soybean plants.en_US
