dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Intensi Turnover. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi menggunakan skrining yang didapatkan dari pegawai CV. Buana Pilar Mandiri yang berpotensi turnover berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kepuasan kerja dan skala intensi turnover. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan product moment atau korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,547 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,050 artinya semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja pegawai, maka semakin rendah intensi turnover, atau sebaliknya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Intensi turnover dalam penelitian ini tergolong rendah dan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi, Intensi turnover (mean empirik = 38,56 < mean hipotetik = 45 dimana selisihnya SD = 8,182) dan kepuasan kerja (mean empirik = 63,69 > mean hipotetik = 62,5 dimana selisihnya SD = 14,294). Adapun koefisien determinasi dan korelasi tersebut sebesar r2 = 0,299 artinya kepuasan kerja berkontribusi terhadap intense turnover sebesar 29,9%. Kepuasan kerja pada pegawai CV.Buana Pilar Mandiri Medan tergolong tinggi dan Intensi turnover tergolong rendah. This study aims to see the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. This type of research is a correlational quantitative method. The population uses screening obtained from employees of CV. Buana Pilar Mandiri that has the potential to turnover is 36 persons. The sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instruments used were the scale of job satisfaction and turnover intention scale. Data analysis in this study used a product moment or correlation (rxy) of 0.547 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, which means that the higher the employee's job satisfaction, the lower the turnover intention, or vice versa. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Turnover intention in this study was classified as low and high job satisfaction. Turnover intention (empirical mean = 38.56 < hypothetical mean = 45 where the difference is SD = 8.182) and job satisfaction (empirical mean = 63.69> hypothetical mean = 62.5 where the difference is SD = 14.294). The coefficient of determination and correlation is r2 =0.299it means that job satisfaction contributes to intense turnover by 29.9%. Job satisfaction at CV Buana Pilar Mandiri Medan employees is high and turnover intention is low.en_US
