dc.description.abstract | PT.Theo Cemerlang Abadi Plastik adalah perusahaan yang menjalankan pengolahan plastik di Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Pemilihan bahan baku merupakan kebutuhan yang paling mendasar dalam perusahaan. Namun, kesalahan sering terjadi dalam pemilihan bahan yang optimal, karena kemungkinan adanya terpilihnya kualitas biji plastik yang buruk dalam pemrosesan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan bagi perusahaan sebagai salah satu alternatif solusi dalam permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai sarana untuk menentukan bahan baku plastik yang diimplementasikan dalam suatu sistem. Hasil pengujian pertama menunjukkan bahwa alternatif A4 adalah vektor tertinggi. Sedangkan pengujian kedua menunjukkan bahwa alternatif A3 adalah vektor tertinggi. Sistem menghasilkan keputusan yang bervariasi, tergantung pada nilai kriteria yang diberikan. Sistem ini dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan menyajikan hasil yang tepat dengan waktu yang relatif sedikit serta tidak perlu melakukan perhitungan manual. PT.Theo Cemerlang Abadi Plastik is a company that runs plastic processing in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. The selection of raw materials is the most basic requirement in the company. However, errors are often occurred in the selection of the optimal material due to the possibility of selecting the poor quality in the process. Hence, a decision support system is necessary for the company as an alternative solution in this issue. The study employs the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a means to determine the plastic raw materials implemented in a system. As the result, the first test pointed out that alternative A4 is the highest vector. Meanwhile, the second test revealed that alternative A3 was the highest vector. The system generates various decision depending on the criteria’s values, also can be used easily and presenting precise outcomes rapidly neglecting the manual calculations. | en_US |
