PENGARUH PEMBERITAAN PENGESAHAN OMNIBUS LAW (UU CIPTA KERJA) DI TV ONE TERHADAP KECEMASAN KARYAWAN CV.HIJAU DAMAI LESTARI (HDL) BATANGTORU

Abstract

Pengesahan Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja) dapat membuat karyawan merasakan cemas, khawatir dan resah karena menonton pemberitaan pengesahan Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja) di Televisi. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh pemberitaaan pengesahaan Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja) di TV One terhadap kecemasan Karyawan CV. Hijau Damai Lestari (HDL) Batangtoru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberitaan pengesahan Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja) di TV One terhadap kecemasan karyawan CV. Hijau Damai Lestari (HDL) Batangtoru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian nya yaitu Asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di CV. Hijau Damai Lestari (HDL) Kecamatan Batangtoru Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Batangtoru adalah sebuah nama kecamatan yang terletak di Tapanuli Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Batangtoru merupakan daerah yang terkenal dengan alamnya yang kaya akan sumber daya. Perkebunan karet milik PTPN tersebar luas didaerah ini. Dan yang paling terbesar di Sumut adalah Tambang Emas yang terletak di Desa Aek Pining, yang di kelola oleh perusahaan Agincourt Resources menggandeng kontraktor asal Australia yaitu Macmahon Mining Services. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan CV. Hijau Damai Lestari Batangtoru, CV. HDL adalah perusahaan pelaksanaan kontruksi berbentuk CV. Pengambilan sampel dengan mengambil secara keseluruhan karyawan berjumlah 53 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yaitu Uji validitas, Uji reabilitas, Uji normalitas, Persamaan regreasi Linier Sederhana, Uji t (parsial), Uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari variabel pemberitaan TV.One tentang pengesahan Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecemasan karyawan CV. Hijau Damai Lestari (HDL) Batangtoru karena nilai signifikan 0,000<0,005. Yaitu thitung sebesar 9.665 < ttabel 2.00758 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Pemberitaan TV.One (X) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel Kecemasan Karyawan (Y). The problem in this study is how the influence of the announcement of the ratification of the Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja) on TV One on the anxiety of employees of CV. Green Damai Lestari (HDL) Batangtoru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the news on the ratification of the Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja) on TV One on the anxiety of employees of CV. Green Damai Lestari (HDL) Batangtoru. This research is a quantitative research and the type of research is associative. This research was conducted at CV. Green Damai Lestari (HDL) Batangtoru District, South Tapanuli. Batangtoru is the name of a sub-district located in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra province. Batangtoru is an area that is famous for its natural resource-rich nature. PTPN's rubber plantations are widespread in this area. and the largest in North Sumatra is a gold mine located in the village of Aek Pining, which is managed by the Angincourt Resources company in collaboration with an Australian contractor, Macmahon Mining Services. The population taken in this study are employees of CV. Green Damai Lestari Batangtoru, CV. HDL is a construction company in the form of CV. sampling by taking a total 53 employees. The data analysis techniques are validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression equation, t test (partial), coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the study with a significance level of 0.000. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the TV.One news variable regarding the ratification of the Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja) has a significant effect on employee anxiety at CV. Green Damai Lestari (HDL) Batangtoru because the significant value is 0.000 <0.005. That is thitung as big as 9.665 < ttabel 2.00758 so it can be concluded that TV.One news variable (x) has an influence on employee anxiety variable (Y).
